How to meditate?

Choose a quiet spot and sit in a chair with your back straight, your feet planted on the ground, your hands on your thighs.

Become aware of your posture and calmly focus on your breathing and the sensations it causes in your body.

When the mind is wandering and thoughts are going all over the place, gently bring your attention back to your breathing.

Practicing meditation sounds simple, but it takes practice. In order not to get discouraged, it is better to be guided at the beginning.
